Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the digital (non-physical) products offered through 1beetle (such as files, e-books, or downloadable content), the following policies apply strictly: All sales of digital products are final. Canceling the purchase, requesting a monetary refund (in whole or in part), or exchanging the product is strictly prohibited once the payment has been successfully processed or the digital product has been delivered/dispatched (whether via direct download link, email, or access granted to the customer's account).
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, and waives any right to dispute the transaction through their bank (Chargeback), given the nature of digital consumption and immediate access.
